Pearl Simulator: Updating Personality files

Having recently downloaded & updated the personality files on my Pearl Tiger, I wanted to use the same updates on my PC running Pearl Simulator software.
How do I convert the '.R20' fixture files into the '.cmp' files used by the Simulator. I thought of 'cachebuilder' but your website states:
"Please note that the Pearl 2008, 2010, Tiger and Expert have a different internal cache which contains the entire Avolites personality library. The cache in these desks cannot be updated by Cache Builder, please download the appropriate up-to-date library from the personality website."

The simulator will read the r20 files directly. Just point it to the directory containing them.

I see my error. From programming mode I was hitting patch->choose fixture->browse for folder.
But I only selected the root of R20 directory containing all manufacturers & it reported "no files found". If I'd gone the next level down in the file tree to a single manufacturer, it finds all the personalities ok.
