Titan attributes

Postby kloas » 14 Apr 2009, 18:48

Hi,

Is it possible to record a part of an attribute to a pallete. For instance, I'm in the Gobo(G) attribute and want to record the the rotation of the gobo only. I tried this on the titan but it records all channels in the same attribute group, so the gobo also changed to the one I used for programming. ( I cleared the programmer before making the cue I want to be recorded). In the Classic software it worked without any problems.

Yes, absolutely.

The record mode is toggleable.

However, without knowing which version you are running it is difficult to explain exactly, since this particular function has been changed (and simplified!) in each build.

There should either be a softkey to toggle somewhere in the store palette menu or, previously IIRC you would cycle through using the attribute mask buttons. If it is the latter, make sure you have the mask softkey in view so that you can see the mask and try pressing the gobo attribute more than once. Instead of just '-' and 'G' you might see 'aG' or similar.

Sorry I can't be more exact, but it is definitely possible to do this in any build. Just the method changes.

I'm using v1.1. I will check it this evening.
Thanks
