Think I saw something about how to do this in the manual, but I can't seem to find it...
Here's the situation. I bought a used Pearl. I'm a former professional, now hobbiest working as weekend warrior LD for a Floyd tribute band. Programmed a full show (all 30 roller pages). Fixture type for that show was 18- Mac 2K. Now looking at doing the same show again except with Studio 575s'. I think the avo will just let me switch fixture types but I'm not sure... could be a memory remnant from the IPC manual I read about 4 months ago...
Any help would be appreciated. I'm dreading 8-10 hrs behind the desk to reprogram the show.
Also... and recommendations on a good 3rd party vis that won't put me in hock for 2 months? Currently using the daslight vis. not bad for $300 but kinda herky jerky. I really can't justify spending the cash for WYSIWYG, and Capture is even a bit pricey.
2004 question..

Unfortunately there's no way to do this on a Pearl.
For visualisation suggestions you could look at http://www.blue-room.org.uk/ where the question has been asked many times. However, I'm not aware of any others that compete in the price range.
