Be careful here....I bought the Titan Mobile Wing from this person...or at least I thought I did. Wired him the agreed upon amount and have never received the wing. We are approx 8 weeks now since the funds were wired. He claims he shipped it and the shipper lost it, however, I have repeatedly asked for tracking info as proof that it was shipped, I have never received that either. He was supposed to return my money via PayPal by April 3. That never happened, so I had no choice but to file a criminal complaint with my state police. They are now in contact with the Mass. State Police on this matter. I feel bad having to involve the police, but we aren't talking about 50.00 or 100.00 dollars here either.
