Hello guys,
this is my first contact with titan system. I have a black pearl expert with titan v6.1. But i think some playback faders have a little noise in 0 (zero) value. In classic system is easy solve this problem (see the image)
But in titan i dont can change this values, and this feature help me very much. I hope you can help me in this occurence.
thanks you for your help!!

unfortunately there is no such setting in Titan. If you open USB Expert console (from the tools menu), you can read the actual fader values - and if the faders behave erratically, it's time for service. Not only might fader noise make your fixtures behave strangely, but also, if faders are not really lowered down to 0, they are not properly initialised.
Sorry mate, but cleaning and replacing the faders would be the choice.

This is a feature that I have recently brought back to the table as something that needs to be implemented soon, but really its function is to avoid accidentally firing cues, not to cheat hardware problems.
I would agree with Sebastian that it is best to resolve the issues at source.
Have the resistors been fitted as part of the Titan upgrade procedure (section 5 here?) This was to fix fader bleed in certain situations.

now we have no time for service. But in stage or service we need solve all problems.
thank you for all your help, i check the upgrade procedures, and the SIL resistor 5X-1-104LF doesnt exists in my playback board. i dont have in my house this part, but i can have 4 singles resistor with 100kohm. I try put theses resistors in my check points. i put the system works, i the first impression is good but after a few seconds i change my opinion, and the playback faders turns on randomized again.
I remember one solution, the new avolites system have occupied memory with red light on. I try put more power in this leds. Because in my controlboard/pearl expert, i see the fader values is always 0 or 2 in every faders. i have sure this is not damaged faders, is impossible have all faders damaged. This noise maybe is a current rectifier, or a capacitor/resistor i dont ahve sure.. but for now with the led level at 12%, everything is ok with my playback. This is a strange problem but maybe because dont have the upgrade finished. after this show time i try ask my avolites supplier for change the palyback board or repair this one.
Many thanks for your help.

I agree it is very unlikely you would have all or many faders damaged. And in my experience even faulty faders rarely have issues going to zero.
I would spend more time checking the resistors etc. If the problem persists then I recommend contacting service in London. They should be able to help with other possible causes and ways to check.
Also, now we know that the resistors had not been fitted I suggest checking everything else in the upgrade document has been done. While the other items are probably not going to be related to your fader noise they are important for running Titan.
