Robin 600 LED control of concentric circles

Postby sammo » 15 Nov 2012, 16:43

I'm using the Pearl Expert (upgraded to Titan V6) and have a group of Robin 600 LED's patched in mode 5 (37ch) but I don't seem to be able to control the 3 rings of concentric circles on the fixture. I only seem to have the option to control all the rings at once.

I've tried in mode 1 also, and don't seem to have control over each ring of circles there either.

Where are these options found? :) Thanks!

They are implemented as subfixtures/cells. You need to use Unfold to access each one individually.

Select cells in attribute editor or unfold the fixture.

Hi Nick,
Can you explain this process of unfolding a fixture please?
Is this possible on older Pearl consoles?
I understand how to unfold a chase but i have never unfolded a fixture.

I did have a post last week about a similar issue with ROBE 600 LED fixtures as i was unable to record palettes correctly and perhaps this is what i was missing.

Kind Regards C

If 'older Pearl consoles' means classic Pearls (20xx), then: no, unfortunately the whole Classic range doesn't support subfixtures - hence, you cannot unfold a fixture, or access the cells via attribute editor.
