Sapphire 96

I have a Sapphire 96 that recently started acting up. I am using a 24k DMX Dimmer and 12 55w moving lights. I have the DMX for the moving lights running through the dimmer. During the last show the stage lights starting chasing and acting light they were power surging but I still had some control of the stage lights and full control of the moving lights. I could dim the stage lights but they would still look like they were chasing and then if I hit a certain spot on the fader it would stop for a second and start back up. I switched DMX ports on the back of the board but no change. Also I ran new DMX cable with no change. Not sure if anyone can help me figure this out but any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
