Intensities in Cue Lists Without a Fader

Postby CSmithDesign » 14 Oct 2012, 00:12

Hello,

I've tried on several occasions to put an intensity into a cue list on one of my executor buttons on the TM and it never seems to work. I've checked many times that the cue was recorded correctly and that the dimmer channel is at full at the right cue, but the dimmer never comes up in the cue. Every other attribute works (color, position, etc.), but not the dimmer.

I think I know why, because there's not a physical fader on the executor button that's up at full and Titan software seems to require that for the intensity to show up on stage, but is there a work around for this? It would be very helpful to have this function.

Thanks!

It works ok for me. Make sure the key profile associated with the cue-list has the touch action for cue-lists set to 'latch'. This is the default for the 'program' key profile. (and, no, I don't know why the executors use the touch action!)

So, if I set it to "latch," the executor will also go through all of the cues in the list when I continue to press that executor?

For example, if cue 1 is intensity at 0%, cue 2 is I at 100%, and cue 3 is I a 50%, I can step through these cues (with all of their timings of course) like a normal list if I have the key profile on "latch?"

Thanks
