You should be in touch with your local Avo hero - for my german folks I have already a somewhat lengthy order list.
Essentially, it should ship by end of this year (this is translated from 'after PLASA' in Avo speak), price should be around GBP 70, EUR 90, USD 110. Please note that these are prices which Avo announced; however, local regulations may apply (like: V.A.T. and such). And maybe someone has learned by now that exchange rates may float...
