Clear Time and Program Times

On a recent show, I somehow changed the clear time from 0 seconds to 2 seconds (the attributes that I cleared out took 2 seconds to fade away). I can't at all remember how I did this and I was wondering if someone could tell me.

Also, is there a "program time" option? So when I enter an attribute (like intensity at 100%), it takes a certain amount of time to fade in?

Master release time is set from the OFF menu.

Programmer time is not currently possible but has been proposed.
