Pearl Expert V5 + remote problems

Hello,

I`m using my netbook as remote with my pearl, but have some troubles. When locating a dimmerchannel (didn`t try moving lights) i can locate them, and that works. Now the problem is that i can`t set it to 0% again.

Also a question about the keypad. I have the idea it doesn`t work? Having dimmerchannels at universe 2, how can i reach them?

Unfortunately I think it is fair to say that the remote is rather broken at the moment. Not much help and probably not what you want to hear. Hopefully it will be fixed/improved soon.

In the meantime people seem to be having success with VNC and remote desktop instead. Have a search here and maybe ask those who have experience for advice.
