Radiance Hazer DMX Issue

Hi
My LMaitre Radiance hazer works when I am using our Chauvet DJ console and our Leprechaun 624. It won't work with our newly purchased Pearl 2004. Any ideas?

Patch as dimmers. If that works then it is a problem with the personality, although there's not much that could be wrong.

If that doesn't work try phase reverse on the cable.

Sorry. I should have given more info at the start. The hazer goes into DMX fault as soon as I plug it into the Pearl. Would phase reversal help that?

Probably. It's either that or faulty cable.
