Problem with Tiger touch

I have just installed version 3.1 on my tiger touch but i get an error on the time the touch software boots.The console cannot locate the file shape.xml
from path program files/avolites/titan/fixturelibrary.
Without this i cannot use shape generator because it is empty.I tried reinstalling the software but the error continues.I couldn't find the version 3.0 of tiger touch to go back.

Downloading the latest personality library will fix this problem.

To do this
- Go to the Personality Library
- Select Downloads then Tiger Touch
- Click Download Personality Library
- Copy and run the file on the Console following the on screen instructions

i have installed the late personality file but the problem still exists

Did you restart the software after installing?

Try downloading and installing it again we have fixed an issue with the shape file in the library generated this morning.

Yes i restarted the software an then i installed the library and it worked fine.then i restarted the console an the error pope up when the titan was loading.i have downloaded a new fixture library but the problem still exists.I will test it tomorrow again.
