titan shape trouble

Postby pixilpusher » 15 Mar 2010, 16:17

Hey guys,

I've been having trouble playing back some shapes.. mostly pan/tilt and some cmy. The shape plays back correctly but in the lower fader range the shape becomes jerky. I've tried adjusting the delay, fade time.. and even the fine detailed time options. Is this a problem with the shape generator or delay/fade time?

Thanks,

Matt

You mention low fader levels and fade times. Make sure you are not using mode2. This is no longer required and could conflict with size/speed on fader if set.

Otherwise it should be smooth. No fade times are necessary to achieve this. Just the shape, times in mode0 (default) and playback options to control size/speed by fader.

Finally, make sure you are using latest software (currently v2.0).
