Pearl Expert & Martin Atomic

Hi,

This summer, I have try your Pearl Expert titan, but with my Martin Atomic 3000, I have a big problem.
This fixture don't work like I use it on my Azure desk.

Example :
- on azure : I set the "dimmer" at full and "rate" at 80percent and I have a strobe effect.
- on pearl titan : the same value ! but nothing, except if i use the flash button , I have just ONE flash of my strobe, but when I cross the fader, nothing.

This sounds like you have recorded rate at zero, not 80%.

Try again with:

Clear
Select Atomic(s).
Adjust intensity value and rate.
Press memory.
toggle softkey A until it says [record by channel]
press swop key to store.

Change rate
Clear
Fire playback to test.

By using 'record by channel' only information in the programmer is stored and I have deliberately used it here for clarity. It should work equally well using 'record by fixture' however.

I had also troubles with my atomics on the titan. After using the latest personality file my problem is solved.

There was very early on a mistake where some Atomic attributes were assigned to the wrong attribute groups in the personality file.

This would cause a problem when masking - ie. during record palette, but I can't see how it could affect anything else. I've used these fixtures with the software from the beginning and that is the only issue I have ever encountered.
