Pearl Titan, external screen doesn`t show up

Hello,

We have connected a external LCD screen to the desk. Everything is fine when the desk is starting up, but after a while he loses his input. I can`t see anything on the LCD screen, so we can`t switch between Titan and classic software. Can somebody help?

No, that didn't help. We've had installed the software again, and now it is good again...
