Dear avolites,
I have got a few problems with the pearl.
The first issue is that when you increase al the masters at one time
the pearl can't handle it. and it flashes the output.
The second issue is that sometime ons in a while the pearl stuck white calculating the output dmx. the chases wil still run but he you can do any thing. Until he is finished calculating.
The third issue is that i cant open the virtual pannels.
When i try i get a error.
I hope you can find a solution for this.
thanks.

Fader overrun caused by raising or lowering a number of faders at once is fixed for the next version. However, I have never experienced the output 'flashing'. You may be able to minimise this by disconnecting any chases (double press [connect]).
I'm not sure I understand your second problem, although it may be related to the above. It might be useful to clarify 'calculating the output dmx' and how long it becomes stuck?
The virtual panels only work in D4 mode. Assuming the Expert virtual panel made it to public release there should be a separate icon in the shell.

Ok. Well, I've not been seeing any pausing or delays in the next version, so hopefully whatever it is has been fixed. But to be sure it would be useful to know more about what was running and what you were doing when it briefly stops reading faders. ie. how many playbacks were you fading, was a chase connected and at what speed (roughly), fixture page change etc.
The HUD should automatically load to the factory setting 'bottom third', although it may be obscured by the D4 window. In 1.1 you should be able to get focus again simply by selecting [show HUD] or, if that doesn't work then use [Load HUD state] and select 'bottom third'. However, due to the window focus issues I always resize the D4 window to avoid the HUD area completely. Annoyingly, it appears Windows has no way to remember window size & location, so you have to do this each time you boot. Hopefully a better solution will be found for all this in time.
Incidentally, depending on monitor size, it can be useful to resize the various elements to show more information. The software logically adds or removes info and adjusts font size depending on space. In some circumstances the font size increases, reducing the detail. When this happens it can actually be useful to slightly reduce the size of an element to force a smaller font and get all the detail back. A good example is chases on playback masters. I also find it helpful to shrink the width of both the playback areas to create a gap between the two rollers.
When the console shuts down a 'shutdown' HUD state is written which is automatically loaded on startup. There is nothing stopping you copying this file and creating your own HUD state. This gives you a way of restoring this state if it ever got altered.
Colour picker is not currently available. It should exist in the 'wheels' view when you select colour mix attributes.
