expert dmx panel missing

Firstly, the dmx is not worked on my expert console.
Then I checked the 'connected panels list' and I found that the DMX panel 1 & 2 are missing.
I checked and tried to re-connect the usb cable but the problems still happened.
After, I checked the 'device manager', the jungo driver also not shown the U-DMX panels.

Please help.

Have you tried a panel reset?

You could also try pressing the reset button on the cards themselves.

Finally you could check the switch for hub 2 is in 'normal operation' position. This should not matter unless you have showsafe connected, but perhaps it is causing a problem.

There should be two LEDs on each board, are they flashing together?
