MIDI Problems

I am sending timecode from QLab to the Rosendahl MIF4 via MIDI, which then goes into my Windows laptop (running Avolites Titan T3).

The timecode is definitely reaching the laptop—I can see it in the MIDI-OX monitor. However, the timecode is not being received in Titan.

I have tried a lot of troubleshooting steps already. In the USB Expert Console, I can see the MIDI converter (MIDI-to-USB dongle), but the MIDI watcher there remains empty.

What could be causing this, and what can I do to fix it? It worked before

Essentially this comes with a Windows update a few weeks ago. Will be fixed in the future.
