TT2 display freezes

My Avolites Tiger Touch 2 light console's touchpad is working on its own. It keeps opening and closing the tools menu, and it freezes occasionally. This usually happens outdoors. I checked the connection cables, calibrated the screen, and updated it again. I still haven't found a definitive solution. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
