Hello everyone, I've been an Avolites console operator for 8 years, and I have a blast with these consoles. I frequently work at the Cadre Noir in Saumur, France, which houses a Sapphire Touch.
On the show created by the venue manager, when he launches it, some values ​​aren't at zero (some panels are at 100%, and the smoke machine is at 30%). However, no cues are launched, no macros, and the programmer is empty. To turn them off, simply set their dimmer to zero. But every time he restarts his show, the values ​​return. And I just had the same problem: by changing the personality for the smoke machine, now when I launch my show, the smoke machine is at 30% (the value I had set on a fader). I've tried deleting all the cues, emptying the faders, deleting the macros, and even completely emptying the smoke intensity, but it's still at 30%. I also tried patching the smoke machine without results. The problem is not a serious one, but I would like to find a way to eliminate this defect.
