TIGER TOUCH PROBLEM

Hello, my name is Bernardo Silva, I have a problem with Tiger touch, and when I configure Bios with a certain time it disconfigures, I tried to do the recovery, but it doesn't finish, I noticed that the hd connection with the motherboard is broken, this may be failing or the cable or hd? can someone help me? thanks in advance

This might mean that the BIOS battery on the motherboard has failed, this is not unusual on motherboards after several years. This will probably be a standard CR2032 that can be replaced although examine your motherboard to confirm this.
