with other console, they have " reduce @ " to remain the intensity when I program the cue.
1> Cue1 "position"+"intensity" (record by fixture)
2> Cue2 "position"(record by channel)
when we fire the cue on pearl, the intensity remains even put down the fader on Cue1.
Everytime I program the cue, do I need to put the intensity or "record by fixture"?

If you are in record by channel and you do not put the dimmer attribute in the programmer then it will not appear in the Cue. This is the same on the Pearl and all our consoles.
If you want the Intensity to be in the Cue then you must put it into the programmer every time you record the Cue. You can do this by locatting the fixtures and then just nudging the dimmer wheel until the display is highlighted.
