Although it is normally okay to add additional RAM (ensuring it exactly matches existing RAM) you should not replace motherboard or processor as these will not be supported. In particular the OS is carefully setup for a particular set of hardware and only contains drivers for that hardware.

It should be noted that there are official motherboard upgrade kits for older consoles such as the original Tiger Touch but there are not for new consoles which already have the latest hardware.

the titan software works on any normal pc right? the drivers for OS is windows 10 so it should find the drivers itself. but is it the drivers for the rest of hardware inside the console that requires a specific motherboard or UEFI/BIOS ?

The consoles currently run Windows 7 Embedded which doesn’t contain all the components that normal Windows does and only the minimum number of drivers are included in the image. This is to keep the installation stable and the download size (if you are running a recovery) down to a minimum.
