Tiger Touch Desk Lamp

please tell me.
I have two Tiger Touch Fader Wings.
But one desk lamp does not light up.
When measuring the voltage, the pin2 is hot.
The other one is pin1 hot.
Is there a setting?
I’m testing with the same lamp.

No, there is not a setting for this it will just depend on how they are wired. I would have expected them both to be wired the same way however in the factory they're tested with incandescent lamps so the direction is not important and it it is possible that it has been modified since to suit an LED lamp at some point.
