Re: Spider with 3 tilts & 1 pan
You need to use cells for the three tilts.
The shape generator relies on the attribute ID. There can only be one instance of any particular attribute ID within a personality. In this case attribute ID's 'Pan' and 'Tilt'.
So you should have only one pan and one tilt attribute with attribute ID's 'Pan' and 'Tilt' respectively.
Create a mode to represent the Tilt cells. This will be a mode with just the tilt attribute.
In the main fixture mode you want to have pan in the master fixture with a resolution and channel offset as normal. But the three tilts should be the tilt cells with the appropriate channel offsets where the tilt in the cell links to a tilt in the master fixture with no resolution or channel offset.
The easiest way to achieve this is to add the normal attributes in the order of their channels while holding the alt key (this will create a multi-cell fixture and place them in the master). When you come to the tilt channels select the cells tab at the bottom, change the count to 3, select the tilt cell from the drop-down and then add the cells ensuring the 'add links' option is ticked (it should be by default). This will automatically link to the tilt in the cells to a tilt in the master with no resolution or channel offset. You can then carry on adding any remaining attributes to the master as required.

Can you give an idea about the brand, model, and DMX layout of the model you are asking for?

If you want to understand the cells mechanics, simply search for the term 'spider' on http://personalities.avolites.com/ - most of them have some tilt cells. And then, there is none who could describe it better than Nic.

There's nothing in the library wth 10 channels and three tilts on offsets 3,4 and 5 but for an example of a similar fixture you could look at AFX Spder 9BeamFX.

Re: Spider with 3 tilts & 1 pan
That is just the web site representation of the R20 personality used in Classic consoles. You need to load the .d4 file into Personality Builder if you want to see an example of how tilt cells work. In Titan if you select the master fixture and create a tilt shape it will give you options to run on super (master) or sub (cells) fixtures.
