Time code on Sapphire Touch

Postby oaksld » 12 Oct 2017, 15:54

I have a 1 step cuelest in which I set a time for it to fire just before doors open (because I'm lazy and don't want to walk in to bring up the look) ... anyway, this works great on my TM but for some reason on the ST it raises the fader and fires the cue then quickly lowers the fader and kills it.. I have tried every option I can think of... this cue worked just fine while running 9.1.
Any thought on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

There is a timecode user setting for Kill Out of Range Playbacks which if set will kill any cue lists after the last time in the list is reached. If it is enabled, in your case, the cue list would be killed immediately after the first cue has fired as there are no later times in the list. You can either disable the setting or add an additional cue to the cue list with the time that you want the cue list to be killed.
