Tiger Touch 2 Wont generate license token

HELP! My Tiger Touch (clean install of 10.1) wont generate a token file for licensing.

Ive tried different usb sticks, different formats.

It creats the folder path but no token file.

Spoke to avo, had to connect on teamviewer as the USB panel firmware was corrupt, reflashed and sorted now.
