All of my conventional send up in my Gobo/beam pallette

Postby Mike@MAC » 20 Mar 2017, 16:44

I've got a demo Sapphire Touch console. For the most part it's great. I've programmed a bunch of palettes and used them once they were programmed. I walked away for about an hour then came back and hit a gobo pallette button and all of my 200 conventionals came on at full. Has anyone had this problem? I do have a warm up cue that has all of my conventional fixtures but I make sure that everything is clear when recording. It has only happened in the gobo pallette

Very odd not normal ..

i've never seen a palette change by itself.

record and see if it happens again? make sure the intensity is tuned off when you record the palette.

This will be because you have accidentally recorded inensity at full as global into one or more of the gobo palettes. Look for a lit 'I' in the IPCGBES indicators in the palettes to find out which. Turning intensity OFF in the programmer an then merging into the affected palette(s) should fix.
