Titan PC suite doesnt load

Hi All,

i'm using v10 of Titan software, it was working fine until recently when I try to launch my titan one the program will not load into the main page at all.
The same thing happens on Titan mobile and Titan simulator, its stucked on the starting titan logo.
Normally there will be 2 Titan software window - the main window for programming and the 2nd window which show just the software version, my 2nd window did not pop up either.

I've check under USB expert, Titan one is already started.
I've tried uninstalling, disable firewall, deleting my showfiles but none works.

Please advise..

Maybe an error during shutdown, go to this computer, c drivd and use the search function to search the file "shutdown.d4b" delete that file and retry

I've deleted all titan related folders in my c drive and did a reinstallation. now its working fine
