Can i get somehow to bpm master work with executor buttons (1-20)?
Like tap tempo for shape.
I saw something like that made Emma in Frankfurt with sapphire touch.
BPM Master in Titan Mobile

Hi,
Yes you can.
First assign master to an executor button:
- System
- [Assign Mastering]
- [BPM 1]
- Select executor
(note that if the executor contains a factory preset you can remove this by going to Open/View then Delete/select handle/[Confirm])
Now change key action to tap tempo:
First we need a key profile where the grey masters key is tap tempo. There are a few different ways of achieving this. The following is the full version:
- Shift/[User Settings]
- [Key Profiles]
- [Add Profile]
- <Give it a name, for example 'Tap Master'>/[OK]
- <Select a profile to base this on, [Program] will be fine>
- [Masters]
- [Grey Key]
- [Tap Tempo]
Assign this profile to the master:
- [Playback Options]
- Select master *
- [Key Profile]
- [Tap Master]
(* at this point be sure to check that the display says 'Edit BPM 1 Master settings'. There is a minor disagreement with the software where it sometimes insists you are editing something else. If this happens one way to force it is to use [Set Legend]/select master. Now when you try again with [Playback Options] it should be ok!)
That will give you a tap-tempo master on an executor button.
To make this then control the speed of a shape:
- [Playback Options]
- Select shape playback handle
- [Speed Source]
- [BPM 1]

Hello,
I tried the above but can not get it to work on my Titan Mobile. I did the exact steps as described by niclights (and did have to go the set legend way to be able to assign the key profile) but nothing.
Using a fader as BPM master works fine. Any idea what I may have forgotten or what I am doing wrong?
Thank you.

Re: BPM Master in Titan Mobile
Avolites has made a new uptade to Titan Mobile in which the "tap master" option doesn't exist for some keyprofiles
e.g
[Shift; User Settings]
[Key Profiles]
[Edit]
(Tap Master)
And the new part is these selection of either Cur Lists, Macros, Options or Masters.
In the within the "Masters"-selection the grey key has the "tap tempo" profile. But in the "Cue Lists"-selection there is no tap tempo profile for the grey key.
How to slove this? I need info. ASAP would be awesome.

Re: BPM Master in Titan Mobile
Happend to solve it myself. You set every key to the tap master profile. Even if they are possible to use or not.
Re: BPM Master in Titan Mobile
Hi,
i run titan 10 on a titan mobile.
I've tried to use a Tap tempo on an executer button but no speed changes affect the shapes assigned to that bpm master.
system-assign master--->executer button....speed source" bpm master 1....key profile of bpm master all on tap tempo Mode
It works good with the same procedure on a playback fader.
Can someone help me achive this? Would be great to spare some faders for cues/shapes/cuelist!
Thanks,
Loiz

Re: BPM Master in Titan Mobile
I believe this is a bug in v10 which means that it is not possible to change the key profile for a BPM master on an executor/workspace window button.
