What is titan mobile?

Everybody is saying titan mobile and titan simulator. Anybody please help me and let me know what is this exactly?

What are the functions of Titan mobile and Titan Simulator? What are also the advantages and disadvantages?

it's the same software, but the simulator should be used without a real hardware
