Tiger Touch Import From Titan One

Hello.

I Have Titan one made show. Now i got console Tiger Touch and i would really like to use it for the show previusly made in TitanOne. I cant iport it properly. I Have a problem.. Show starts in 2 hours.

You should be able to load the TitanOne show file directly. Check that the software version on the Tiger Touch is the same or newer than the TitanOne. If you have problems remapping the DMX outputs, start a new show with the wipe DMX settings turned on and then load your TitanOne show without DMX settings.

It s an older version of tiger... Ill try update.. How long does it take?

It will depend on what version you are upgrading from, if it is 9.0 to 9.1 there is an upgrade installer for that which is 5-10 minutes. For older versions you will need the v9.0 recovery stick and then upgrade from that which will take 20-30 (it is also a big download). If you need to do the latter, take a copy of the licence files from D:\TitanData\Tokens to save time re-licensing later.

Do you need to re-license it after upgrade? its from v7.4

It is the same licence file but if you do a Full Erase recovery it will wipe the hard drive, hense taking a copy of the file first. If you do a Standard Recovery the licence should be preserved.
