Using Winamp for timecode on the console

Postby Backstreet » 24 Jan 2016, 02:01

I have bin working on using Winamp to play the music for the next dance show I am working on. I have uploaded my music and can get Winamp to play it as well as see the timecode but I have patched it 4 or 5 times and still can't control it using the console encoder wheels like a fixture. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Help!!

For the Winamp control to work you will need to patch the fixture to the correct address, by default Winamp is set to line 1, address 1. You can change the address by going to Winamp Preferences, and selecting Plug-ins > General Purpose on the left and Avolites Virtual Fixture from the right.
