Visualiser Window dissappears when Groups and Palettes Click

Hello All,

Well, I finally jumped from MyDMX to something with a little bit more scalability ! )

I have been playing (and enjoying) with the Titan One and v9 software for a couple of days now. I've managed to get to grips with Fixtures and now am playing with the visualiser....

My Problem :-

When Visualiser is running on my 2nd screen and I click "Groups and Palettes" on my laptop screen, the Visualiser goes blank. No other workspace seems to cause this apart from G&P.....

Is it just me & my laptop ?

Workspace shortcuts have options to remove or leave existing workspaces on recall. It is probably wrong that the factory groups and palettes shortcut removes where the others leave but easiest thing to do is record your own.

Setup workspaces how you want, right-click the Avo key and then select the View button you will see the toggle option on the softkey. Click on an empty workspace handle to record or press [Store] to record without assigning to a handle.

To remove workspace shortcut handles first press the View key then Delete then double-tap the handle.

I was just working that out after some did and some didn't - had to be something like that....

Will try creating my own now that you've given me some workspace tips
