TitanOne button bug on high res displays

Postby Clayton » 29 Apr 2015, 21:09

TitanOne (v9 release candidate) chops off some of the on-screen buttons when using my Lenovo Yoga 2 laptop.

This occurs at various resolutions, including the laptop display's native 3200x1800. If I scale down to a lower resolution (e.g., 2048x1152), the problem goes away -- but of course, the screen is not as sharp.

See attached (which I've scaled to 1000px wide for posting). Various buttons on the right side of the screen are truncated and unusable.

Can you confirm the problem?

Thanks!

Sad to see no board responses to this issue... I am having similar problems with my Yoga 3 Pro and it's native 3200x1800 display. Apparently, the flexibility of the layout is resolution dependent. If so, is there any particular resolution that's best suited to be used with TitanOne? Perhaps some experimentation is in order...

To piggyback on your comment with a related issue, switching between workspaces where I've used a non-global button/text size will often result in the buttons changing shape and screwing up the layout of my directories. I then have to open the window options, cycle through the button sizes again, and it corrects itself back to the layout I wanted to save in the first place. This tends to occur more often the longer I've been running a given show -- if I close and restart the program, it tends to not happen as often. What, if anything, could be happening here?
