Pearl 2010, VDU screen problem

Hello,
I have pearl 2010 and I to use external VDU screen, but when I connected the monitor, the "no signal / not connected" message appear.
I tried it with 3 different monitor but the result still same. anyone please help, what's wrong in here? Thank you

I have checked with the service department and they say to try reseating the graphics card. If that does not fix it you may need a replacement card, either contact your local distributor or contact Avolites directly for a replacement.
