This screen will appear if the user interface loses connection to the Titan Engine, this is usually due to network issues when working in multi-user but can also occasionally happen when running on a single machine. If this happens on start up it could be due to an issue while loading the previous show file. The file can be found in Windows Explorer by typing %appdata%\Avolites\Titan in the address bar, alternatively browse to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Avolites\Titan replacing <username> with the name of your user account. The file to delete is called SHUTDOWN.d4b, once you have done so, please restart the software.

Thanks, it also needed me to give full control permission rights to the titan engine.

Another q, Ive asked amy this in the past. I know it can control only one line of data but how can I choose which line to control? (i know how to change outputs on dmx settings, but for example Ive got a 12 universe show with grandMA 2 etc, but would like to use titan one to test the rig at dimmers) So id need to load a full show with multiple universes, but then swap and change the output of the titan one to test different trusses etc.

Atm it spurts out a tiny bit of dmx on changing the output then does nothing else.

Thanks

You should be able to assign the TitanOne output or an Art-Net/sACN output to any one of the lines in the console but only one line at a time. It is possible that the output will not start outputting immediately after you re-assign it, you may have to change a level on the line first. In the case of Art-Net, if Continuous is not Enabled under the Art-Net options (i button next to Art-Net on the left hand side of DMX Settings) the console will only send data when values are changing.
