Updating problem

Hello all,

I have a problem updating a Pearl Expert from software version 7.2 to 7.4.

I tried to do as the release notes say, but the installer just wont run when i double click it.

Here's what a did.

The installer upgrade procedure is reproduced briefly below: Please save the software
to a USB stick or other media and follow these instructions: Shutdown the software by
selecting 'Shutdown Software' from the tools menu. Insert the USB stick in the console and
click on the yellow 'Folders' icon on the tools menu of the console. Find the setup file you
saved to the USB stick and double click to run it

Any ideas anyone?

I wonder if it's opening on another screen that you can't see. After double-clicking try going to Tools/Switch Task and see if it's listed there. If so click on the switch screen button immediately to the right of the process name to bring it into view.
