7.5 - Personality and DMX Faults

Hi; I own a titan one but I'm having a few problems with the software. For some reason all of my lights, at random points during the show, will start to "spaz out" and start ballyhooing scrolling through tons of colours and not doing what I've told them to do. This happens on your tutorial file that comes with the titan software and if I make a new show file it still happens. Have you encounter this problem before and do you know a way to fix it?

Secondly, For some reason when I install the personality library for the titan suite. Non of the fixtures are added to the personality list.
Is this a new change or am I doing something wrong. I am working on 7.5

Apologies if you have already checked these things but starting at the beginning: There should be a light grey box about two thirds the way across at the top of the screen. This should normally display either Titan One or Offline, if it is the latter then the software is running in offline/simulator mode where it is designed to send out a random DMX 'spoiler' every so often while the software is running.

You will normally need to restart the Titan software before it detects changes to the personality library. Is there a specific file you are missing and if so, if you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avolites\Titan\FixtureLibrary can you find the personality file for it?
