problem with chase - shapes stored in steps not working

Postby jon-x » 18 Mar 2014, 00:34

Hi,

I use the Titan One - still learning :) in the club environment. When I try to make a chase - from a single steps, that are saved as a cues - I have a problem. In every single step, I store the shape. I don't want to crossfade the shapes or x/y positions. I want to simple changeover, few times in a minute (f.e. 5BPM - every 12 seconds). When I set xfade to 0, the fixtures don't run at all - they only change x/y positions once. Is there any way to get my idea during a chase programming, or must I do a cue list? Killing the cue list is a little bit more complicated than turning off the chase, that's the reason of my question.

Best regards,

Daniel

At the moment I think the only solution is to use cuelists. If it helps you can set cuelists to kill at zero when fired from a fader.
