It started couple month ago, one universe intermittently lost data transmission. (some fixtures flash and move, led indicators of DMX signal went off or stay lit, normal operation was flashing) Last month all 4 universes start doing the same thing occasionally.
last Sunday first time during show it start happening again plus the whole titan software froze. The windows part of it was working. i did software restart . IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING !!!! The board became alive with half functionality. non of saved palettes were working on monitor plus half of palay back and preset faders did not work. also programming section froze. USB expert showed missing usb communication.
Restarting the whole board solved the situation for second show on same day,
I updated the titan to 7.2 version(it was 7.1) hoping to fix any software breakdown, but today same thing happen again, yes, during the event!!!
Any ideas????

Re: Expert Titan crash twice
This sounds very much like a hardware issue. If you haven't already I suggest contacting service as soon as possible.
In the meantime you could open up the console and check/reseat all connections, paying particular attention to the Usb connections, especially the main feeds directly from the motherboard and those on the two hubs.

OK, but why is the work space items do not function also?the do not need any Ian connectivity, this is all inside PC operations.
Re: Expert Titan crash twice
Could be motherboard, could be PSU, could be HDD? It's too difficult to say - that's why I suggested you contact service. Checking and reseating connections is a standard procedure that anyone reasonably competent can undertake with minimal risk or downtime.
