Titan Simulator Will Not Activate

I tried to activate the new software version 7.3 and it wouldn't let me. It said my username or password were incorrect. I tried to log in on the main avolites site and it said the same thing. I tried to reset my password and the email link goes to a blank page. Please help.

I need to get it right with TS before I try it with the TM at my church. We can't be without our console, even for a day.

Are you certain you are entering the correct user/pass for the site? Caps lock maybe?

It just finally let me in. But, there is no selection in the drop-down menu for Titan Simulator. I am the lighting tech at my church (we have a Titan Mobile) and wish to use Titan Simulator to program at home. What should I do?

If you are referring to licensing then the Simulator doesn't require this. You will need to license the Titan Mobile on the laptop/PC it is used with.

Never mind. I found it on the site, and internet activation works now. On the TM however, how long will it take to receive a license after we submit the picture?

You will receive a temporary 14-day license immediately.

The full license should take no more than 4 days.

I've done this for a few consoles during testing and found it to be quite painless (both temporary and full). The token files mean you don't have to worry about writing down long codes etc.
