Timecode times (how to enter)

Hi all, how can I enter manually times for Timecode? My problem is that i can't go to the frames. I'm I missing something? The cuelist I have it has very precise and I already have the times for each step.

Select the timecode value from the Playback View then use the And button to move the highlighted part to the frames. The Through button and be used to shift to the left or the left and right cursor keys can be used.
