Cycling through stacks

Postby pillruck » 08 Jan 2014, 15:32

Hi,

I'm currently try to find a way to cycle throught cuestacks on a Tiger Touch, Titan 7.1.

My intention is to have a stack of - for example - colours in the order of nc-c-m-y-g and being able to cycle through the stack with one button (next step forwards) and have the other one defined as go. Like... I want to pick one colour and press "Go" to fire it. Seems handy to me for live mixing - I want to have my Colours, Positions, Gobos etc. for different fixtures in stacks on playbacks side by side.

I decided to have a Cuelist on a playback in the mentioned order. Everything works fine, except for one thing: Using the Next Step Forward will always end on the last cue. Only after I fire the last cue I can start stepping through from cue one again. If I - for example - want to go directly from y (cue 4) to m (cue 3) and fire it on "Go" - how do I do it? Is there a way to have the "Next Step Forward"-function starting all the way over from cue1 after reaching the last cue of the list without firing any other?

any hints or links would be fine... Couldn't find out with the manual or the forum so far. Thanks in advance!

Looks like Next Cue and Prev Cue need to loop. Sounds reasonable enough. I will suggest it.

In the meantime a possible workaround is to numerically select the next cue, for example <cue number> followed by Connect or Connect <cue number> <enter>. Both require that you are connected to the cuelist first.
