Dmx output glitch

I have had an infrequent dmx glitch with my T1,

It will randomly send all the movers haywire (pan/tilt/colour scroll) then back to the playback it was running before.

Has anyone else had this happen?

N.B. This was on V6 before I've upgraded and I haven't had it on a gig since the upgrade so I'm not sure if it's still happening.

That sounds like the spoiler that occurs when you don't have the T1 dongle plugged in.

Make sure that you plug in your TitanOne before starting the software. Once the software has started check the indicator at the top of the screen about 2/3 the way across which should show Titan One but will show Offline if the software is in simulator mode with the spoiler.

I wonder if it's when the usb slips slightly, Almost if the dongle is a bit heavy for the slot.

I may try with a short usb extension cable.
