Postby PascalvE » 08 Sep 2013, 23:50

Hello,

I connected the table again to a other pc to setup a show.
the panel will not boot and not connecting to my pc.

if i connect the usb cable you see the leds above the faders from center to outside.
and after that it will all on and stay on.
befor it was the same but the leds go off and the panel was connected to windows.

is there some one who can help me.

Can you try the steps given in the following thread: TitanOne Troubleshooting.

Substitute Titan Mobile for TitanOne in the steps and in Device Manager the devices should be:
  • TM-MB
  • TM-DMX
  • WinDriver

the titan mobile wil stay in this en no connection to my pc.
i try different usb ports no success.

i think the firmware is crashing when it boots. is there a way to flash it again without usb expert.
or to troubleshooting it.

Is there any devices shown in Device Manager when the Titan Mobile is connected, for example under Unknown Devices? This may be more obvious if you change the View setting to Devices by connection and look through the devices under USB controllers, see the screenshot below:
