help please

I am trying to upgrade my Titan mobile to V6 and when I go to the website and go to the section to download the installer, it asks me to log in and when I do, it just takes me to a page that has some kind of text editor. If I then go back up to the support section to get the software it asks me to log in again and then we’re back to the text editor again. :?

I just logged in no problem. Is it still doing it now? I'm assuming you have registered?

Hello,

This is usually because one or more of the required fields in your user profile is not complete. To rectify this please click on the following link to login and view your profile. Alternatively if you are already logged in, scroll to the right-hand-side of the page and click on your username next to the Logout link under the red bar. On the profile page click on the Edit Profile button and check that all the fields shown with a red star are filled in. Once all the required fields are complete you should be able to download the software.
