How to wipe the console

Postby marioqi » 06 May 2013, 15:47

Hello everyone

I have a question on Avolites 2010.

If I LOST my key to switch the mode to system, do I have other options to use the wipe all function?

I do remember there is one possibility if I turn on the console while pressing some part of the palette button. But I am forget the details.

Does anyone can details that progress?

Thanks a lot

You can do this by booting into the AVOS menu and starting the system. There is a jumper on the motherboard to do this at a hardware level. See 2010/Tiger manual p.206. As you say I'm sure there is also a key shortcut too - I can't find any documentation on a cursory search but it is something like holding swop 21+30 while powering on.
