Diamond 4 eleat no dmx out put

My diamond 4 is not sending dmx. I opened the console and the 2 led displays on the mother board said ok, but the one on the dmx board says boot and will not go any further. I tried hitting the reset button on the back of the console and the one on the dmx board but all I get is boot. I reinstalled the software (2.7), but still get nothing. Diagnostic on the home screen says "DMX not detected" Any solutions???? I am stumped. Bad DMX board??
